What's not included?

Any local taxes which may/may not be due in your area. We have never known a customer needing to pay this tax, however, customs has told us some areas have them.

Example shipment- Shipping to Montreal will total approx. $85-95USD for 1 Bazooka Bob, total $115-125USD for 2 Bazooka Bobs. Call us for rates to your city.

Returns & Exchanges: Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for a refund less a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. In the event no shipping charges were involved(free shipping offer), charges equal to current Fedex published rates will be deducted. All returns must be in new, re-sellable condition upon return and include original packaging. Please call for Return authorization number before returning items. We guarantee all products for life against manufacturer defect. If a product fails at any time because of defect, we will repair or replace that product free of charge. Allow 2-10 business days for returns to process

Terms & conditions:

All items have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect. If at anytime our product fails as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will repair/replace the item free of charge.

**Savings based on 8 hours working time with a 5 man crew (using BLS statistics)27% based on using 1 Bazooka Bob on the column. Up to 43% using two Bazooka Bobs per column(1-N/S, 1- E/W).
